Pastor
Dr. Randy Houston began his 11th year as pastor of CHBC in April 2010. He is responsible for preaching, teaching, and counseling at CHBC.
He was licensed and ordained to ministry by First Baptist Church in Irving, Texas.
He holds a B.A. in Bible from Dallas Baptist University and a Masters Degree in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. He received his Doctor of Ministries degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.
His favorite verse is Philippians 1:6:
"Be confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
