Men and Women on Mission
Men and Women on Mission are now sponsoring a new ministry. "Taking it to the Streets" is a parachurch organization that ministers to the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless population in Downtown San Antonio.
The ministry meets every Friday from 7 - 9 PM under the 9th Street bridge. Sometimes church members carpool to the bridge.
To donate or join our church group, contact Chet and Debbie Stegall.

Brotherhood - Men on Mission is devoted to becoming involved in spreading the Gospel of Christ Jesus by showcasing missionaries and missionary opportunities. All men ages 18 and up are invited to attend meetings, which take place on the 2nd Monday of each month from 7-9 P.M. in the Fellowship Hall. Free childcare is available.
Meetings consist of a fellowship time with Women on Mission with a separate Scripture study, mission story, and discussion time.
Men on Mission is led by Chet Stegall who has been a part of the CHBC community for over 20 years and part of the mission-focus of the church for over 15 years.
Women's Missionary Union (WMU) is purposed to learn, pray for, contribute to, and go on missions. All women ages 18 and older are invited to attend meetings, which take place at the same day and time as Men on Mission. Free childcare is available.
WMU is responsible for setting churchwide goals for the 4 Baptist mission offerings and planning mission projects. In addition, the ladies study missionaries and their work and devote a portion of their meeting time to prayer for the mission field.
WMU is directed by Deborah Stegall; a CHBC member of over 20 years that has served in this capacity for 8 years.
Please contact Chet or Debbie for more information about upcoming events.
