Bro. Jarrell Griffin, Pastor of Calvary Hills from 1986 - 1994, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Monday night, Nov. 20, 2006, from lymphoma at Village Oaks, where he was under hospice care. Memorial contributions are in the obituary, which is posted at the Porter Loring website and in the San Antonio Express-News. This has been a long 10 years as Bro. Jarrell lost touch with them due to Alzheimer's, but his eyes opened wide and he mouthed, "I love you" to them at the end!!
